How it works
Configuration
The official site app is enabled with proximity algorithms (via Zapt Contact Tracing SDK) and required for everyone who transits the site: employees, suppliers and visitors in general.
Automated Contact Monitoring
The distance between those passing through the site is continuously and automatically monitored, and alerts are sent to both sides whenever two people approach within a distance and risk tolerance period. It is not necessary for them to have the application in use (in the foreground), alerts are sent even on the locked screen (in the background).
Contact Tracing
The site manager may choose to implement a tracking system to identify people exposed to an infected. For this, it assigns a responsible person to register and/or receive contagion notifications. Users can inform via the app that they have contracted COVID-19.
Exposure Notification
After confirmation by the person in charge, the system triggers alerts for everyone who has had recent contact with the infected person. Persons who have been exposed to risk, identified by tracking, can also be identified by on-site security officers during their on-site visits.
Physical Spaces
For maximum system safety and efficiency, beacons** are posted in the most risky areas of the site such as entrances/exits, cafeterias, lobbies and places subject to queues in general, enabling indoor location.
(**) bluetooth transmitters that allow indoor georeferencing.
Cluster Monitoring
Georeferencing allows security officers to act preventively, in real time, in sectors where a high density of contacts indicates the formation of agglomerations. For this, they consult a dashboard with indicators georeferenced in maps (heat map), using tablets and desktops.
Identification of Infected Areas
If contact tracing and indoor georeferencing are active, it becomes possible to identify areas where confirmed infected people circulated, increasing the effectiveness of cleaning and asepsis work.
